Note that not all protein bars have the same ingredients. For example, some protein bars have whey protein concentrate , whey protein isolate and whey protein hydrolysate and these ingredients are not included in the protein bar rating. My protein bars have a high protein content, so they have a higher amount of protein, but less than the recommended daily value. I don't consider them to be low protein foods.
The only ingredient on this list is milk, as it is one of the few ingredients that I consider necessary for a healthy diet. It's the most important ingredient that makes a protein bar.
